We are seeking a Hygiene Manager for our client, a grower and processor of fresh produce supplying the multiple retailers.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will effectively manage and develop the hygiene function throughout the business and be responsible for the low and high risk areas and manage a team leaders and operatives. .
You will have worked within a similar environment and have the ability to manage a fresh/food manufacturing unit. Knowledge of IOSH and Food Hygiene protocols are essential.
The food industry is a 24 hour, 7 day a week operation and individuals must be flexible to occasionally be available at unsociable hours.
